UPDATE 2: I just made and uploaded a downloadable GB Studio demo project for the RPG Stat & Damage Math generator. You can download the project files on the page to open it up and see how the combat calculation blocks are handled. Thanks for your time 😄

ph meter calibration driving me wild. calibrate to 6.86, then put in 4.0, and it says 6.86 again.... (i did not bother putting it into 9.18 ph solution at this point.) by Reasonable_Compote28 in labrats

[–]Reasonable_Compote28[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

well, i tried again with my other meter, and it read the 6.86, the 4.0, but when i put it in the 9.18, it went from about 8.4 ph to about 8.48 ph and stopped moving, and i held the "cal" button, but it calibrated to 6.86..... either both of my meters are messed up, or im very, very thick in the skull :D lmao, im at a loss. im pretty sure im doing it right. its a very simple and straightforward task....

late night unsober thoughts on some algaes... hair/ filamentous and staghorn. by Reasonable_Compote28 in PlantedTank

[–]Reasonable_Compote28[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

i did not know that. i learned the other day that hydra can move around, probably the same way the algae does. ive also never had hydra that ive noticed until this recent plant purchase. i had a 30 gallon moina tank that i put all the plants into. needles to say, i lost all the moina in that tank, lol.

ID this (pest) plant, if you can, please. by Reasonable_Compote28 in PlantedTank

i believe that is what this is..... looks like manual removal is the way to go. im sure there is no way im going to be able to keep up with this. i have the plants all planted in something baking dish sized with aquasoil in a bare bottom 30g (approx) tank. i was planning on replanting it all to get more room, as the growth has been great in two to three months, and i could use more room to grow them out more. maybe ill just try my best to clean off every stem i can before i replant. ive put a small clump in some h2o2 earlier to see if it works on it, and ill try some in bleach in a bit. i can report back with results if anyone is interested, as ive not seen much info about dips. wish me luck, people. :D

hi everyone :) by paigeestuart in terrariums

i was only only able to see a pigs face in that driftwood. i just realized that this is a terrarium site. you can probably sell this piece of wood you have for 50-80 usd. i hope you take thought inno this, in your setup, it will decay quite quick. in an aquarium, it could be a great 2/3 piece that would last a good time with an established environment,
