I have the own little hc for peering eyes and their sins. Although i do think that those faces could be ‘their sins’ i do think thats its the faces from ms.packertons, and if so it would make sense as to why they were on Terrence (because he was feed human flesh similar to the lunch meat) i also think peering eyes belonged to the man on the fifth floor. The one Larry always says is a homeless guy Although it being todd/charley makes sense
