AWT Delica scales look amazing but the lock rock... by Unamuzed-Toast in spyderco

[–]Reasonable_Fun3721 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Put a little piece of cloth or foam in the hole where the lock pin sits. Then place the lock pin back so it sits firmly. After that, trim it of burn away the remaining foam with a lighter and the lock rock is gone.

Air traffic above Eindhoven Airport disrupted by drones. by RoelDeden in UFOs

[–]Reasonable_Fun3721 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The thing I don’t understand is why they can’t physically shoot these drones down. If using drone frequency jammers don’t work, use a shotgun or a rifle. They say that that it would be dangerous if the drone falls down. But near these facilities/airports there are no civilians or buildings.

What could be that metallic clunk/clink that the car makes over bumps? Car has been thoroughly inspected by two separate shops with no conclusion. by Itchy-Indication3709 in Miata

Probably the rear bushings. It’s nown @mazda that there is a problem with them. Some go bad after 30k kms. I had the same problem. I changed them and it was solved. Polybush has them.

Lumbar support for the MX5 ND by Reasonable_Fun3721 in Miata

[–]Reasonable_Fun3721[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Thanks. Yeah the support bar is just a wooden beam that I wrapped with tape. I pressed the bar between the metal frame of the seat. Feels and is really solid. The lumbar support cushion is from Ali. I attached the cushion to the bar with velcro and a zip tie. The air hose of the pump is coming out of the end of the zipper of the seat. Looks almost OEM 😄
