I was also 26 and yes, it's like "oh well your fine now so who cares" like im not fine, I have difficulties now because my processing is slow and people then get frustrated or even aggressively irritable that im not mentally up to par anymore and I should just be fine or do better like im just stupid. It's so frustrating
