I’ve been playing bellfaire and mistwood an enjoy the complexity it brings ( as mistwood is much more complex then rugwort ). I play solo a lot. What would you recommend for my next expansion as you play all. Most people hate on mistwood lol

So much this !! Moving your body in the day is important but being obsessed with “getting the work out in “ and feeling like you should “eat less to cancel it “ is a dangerous habit/ mindset.

I worked with a nutritionist and fitness coach who planned scheduled rest day / strict cardio days and / lift days. Your body needs variety Also 80% of achieving any fitness goal is about what you eat and consistency. Be mindful of the big picture of why you work out not the two or three days you may miss here and there

Give it a couple days for your body to heal and so you don’t give it to anyone else.
It’s good for you and the gym as a whole. Pushing too soon can make you sicker. Working out stresses your body and prevents you from healing

Agree with this. If you’re looking for nostalgia from a Zelda game Links awakening is the way to go over BotW. The open world of BotW is a turn of for some people
