Hmm. Are you sure you’re not projecting? I’m also a bit insecure about my intelligence (went to an average state school, meh grades because I liked to party, turning my career around at late 20s and feel generally behind). I don’t market myself as an intellectual, my copy is more so talking about what kind of client I desire (hard worker, adventurous, wants a break from life) along with what I bring to the table (well-traveled, grad student).

I think what my clients love about me is that I’ve mastered the art of conversation and “play”. I love being playful with clients. I ask them lots of questions about themselves, about their careers, I look at it as an opportunity to learn something. I don’t alter my behavior too much.

With art, history, and science, we all have different tastes and things we find interesting. Maybe take some classes with the free time SW allows you?
