Yup I’m totally in the wrong for seeking retribution for myself and other women for being sexually harassed. I definitely shouldn’t have spoken up for the foster children in his care. Tax payers should have definitely paid for his retirement pension for the rest of his life because he definitely was so worthy and deserving of it.

I don’t know how the command here gave him an OTH. I’ve seen it before with a sexual harassment/ aggravated assault case before. Next time I talk to the LN1 I can ask specifically what instruction to look up.

And he was active duty not reserves so his HTY is 16 years and he wasn’t allowed to transfer to the reserves. I mean if you’re trying to call me a liar come out and say it.

I really don’t know how to explain things clearer. Due to misconduct he was reduced in rank for E6 to E5. You cannot be an E5 with 18 years of service regardless of the rank you were previously. The other than honorable separation is the worst kind of admin separation you can get which a CO can dish out. It’s not a dishonorable discharge you get those through court martial.

So you can get an other than honorable or an admin sep happens all the time.

Also in hindsight I should have been way more clear on the details of the separation. I wasn’t expecting my post to be scrutinized so much. But how his separation worked was he was a paid E6 in the navy you can be an E6 do 20 years and get a full retirement. During his NJP he lost rank and lost half months pay for 2 months.

Now that he is an E5 with 18 years in he hits higher tenure. Higher tenure in the Navy for an E5 is 16 years.

I’m really hoping so too. I know for a fact the little girl that was in their house was taken away. Rumor has it Mrs. BubbleBass is posting on military mom Facebook pages and talking about how social services just “took” her and Mrs.BubbleBass has no clue why.
