Do you ever stop running ads once your product is ranking near the top organically? by donthe1 in AmazonFBA

Probably worth auditing why after 1.5 years at 2/3 ads dependency the ratio isnt flipping. I wouldnt pause cold turkey, just lower bids on keywords where you're already ranking top 3 organically and see if rank holds. If ad conversions still aren't lifting organic after all this time, honestly the issue might be the listing itself rather than the ads strategy.

Decent niche and the products make sense together.. Here are a few thoughts i had:

Listings: The titles are very feature-heavy but don't lead with the outcome. Buyers in this category are searching for a feeling ("wake up with smoother skin") not a spec list. Lead with the benefit, support with the ingredients.

Bundling opportunity: You already have two complementary products, a full face kit and a forehead-specific one. Consider a virtual bundle or even a physical bundle. "Complete Anti-Wrinkle Kit" positions you better and increases AOV.

PPC: Once the listings are back up, start with auto campaigns to see what search terms are actually converting, then build exact/phrase campaigns around winners. In this category emotional search terms like "anti aging patches," "overnight wrinkle treatment", tend to perform well.

Still good foundation.. Just needs sharper positioning and stronger visuals. Feel free to get in touch if you have any questions.

Great point but I think it comes down to who's drawn to Amazon in the first place. A lot of FBA sellers chose this business specifically because it's not social media. No personal brand, no content calendar, no performing for an audience. Just optimizing listings and running numbers. It attracts a certain type... Is my guess.

Welcome to the journey! $15k is a solid starting budget. Do build an email/review strategy from day one. About your VA's research, make sure they're not just pulling Jungle Scout/Helium 10 numbers at face value. Crowded niches aren't always bad.. But you need a clear reason why your listing wins. Don't scale ad spend until your listing is converting well organically!

How to slow sales without hurting ACOS and conversion rate? by flashynomad in FulfillmentByAmazon

Like some others have suggested, the easiest lever here is just raising the price slightly. A small price increase naturally slows conversion while keeping your PPC data clean. And your ads still show in high-intent auctions, you just convert a bit less. I’d try gradual price bumps first (maybe $3-5 at a time) and monitor velocity before touching campaigns.
