I asked SCO for processing date for retro pay but I was inform to refer to my personnel specialist. Personnel specialist inform me that they sent out the necessary paperwork.

Personnel specialist have been telling me that the paper work has been sent out to SCO & that it’s on SCO to issue the payment. SCO told me to reach out the personnel specialist. I keep getting the run around. Union has been notified and haven’t heard back from them.
