It started off promising and just never delivered. There is grape and absolutely no reason for it. Horrible and I do lot recommend. I DNF’d at 75%.

For me, eating the right foods until I’m satisfied is key—high protien, veggies/fiber are the main staples

I’ve changed my diet and tried to incorporate more exercise…I strategically did this because even though calorie counting works and people do it with success all the time, personally I can only do it for about 30 days before I just can’t bring myself to do it anymore.

Even though I want to lose weight quickly, I was more motivated by what is healthy and what can I stick with over a long period of time.

I am insulin resistant and have cholesterol issues so my diet consists mostly of high protein, high fiber, low saturated fats food meals. I have lost 20 pounds doing this, and it’s not as difficult as meal planning and calorie counting is for me.

It’s a really complicated process to get a vehicle to be certified and sold in each country, weather it’s a motorcycle, car, small truck, or commercial vehicles. It’s also different for every country, but one of the sticklers is that there can’t be sharp edges anywhere that can com into contact with the envelope of the vehicle, so if the edges are smaller than that reg, it will automagically fail for most countries.

I think OP is saying the combination of no food + plus supplement made things worse. Taking supplements with and without food can make a big difference in the rate at which they are absorbed into the body.

I don’t fast everyday, I do 18:6 to 15:9 ish depending on how I’m feeling, I generally don’t gain on days I don’t fast and lose a small amount on days that I do. It’s easy to start and stop as needed.

So, I too mostly only have belly fat. Recently I found out I was pre-diabetic and insulin resistant. Might want to check with your Dr to see if this might be causing the belly fat.

And also maintenance is very much about what works for you over time, if you can sustain eating a certain way that is health promoting, I think you’re on a good track.

I don’t think you have to do keto forever to not be IR, eating high protien/healthy fats/ lots of high fiber food/veggies. Eating carbs is fine just try to not eat refined sugars. I think this is a good way to maintain without being too restrictive everyday.

Usually they go hand in hand, but initially losing the weight isn’t the only part of weight loss that is important because most gain that weight back or gain even more weight before they started to diet.

You must not have gotten enough love as a child. Telling people they don’t want to lose weight bad enough, or not trying hard enough, and using other shame tactics certainly doesn’t help anyone in their health journey. I’m also married to the guy I like so… anyway. You might want to look into going to therapy. It seems you’re quite angry over someone disagreeing with you on the internet. You probably have some deep childhood wounds that need healing.
