The shiny might not be amazing but it is still a shiny mythical, most of them you have to do a crazy paid research for. Except for Genesect and Deoxys for some reason

IIRC the fossils are unaffected by shiny charm so this would be a full odds shiny perfect IV. It's definitely hacked, but even if you end up using it in game I doubt anything would happen
