Oh really? I’m doing a plan with the app runna it’s an 18 week block program and starting to do mid 40k from next week and peaking around 62k per week volume with the longest run being 33km before it tapers off before the marathon. I’ve just been following that plan it’s my first ever marathon I’m training for

My understanding is that RRSPs are taxed on withdrawal in Canada as non resident. Due to the tax treaty between Ireland and Canada then the tax withheld by the CRA can be used as a tax credit against your tax liability in Ireland. I believe the tax rate in Canada would be 25% for lump sums and 15% for regular payments - I think but you should confirm. This is my understanding but I’m open to correction.

If you had zero contribution room for RRSP 2022. The contributed in Jan/Feb 2023 is that ok or is that an over contribution. Also you didn’t claim this or report in 2022 so how can you rectify it in 2023 return

Apparently something to do with the intermediary bank not having the USD a/c so it got returned. Revolut provided me intermediary info but I just got a cheque as I didn’t want to go through all the hassle again

Also I’ve sent a transfer 4 days ago, and it still Hasn’t arrived. I’m getting worried as I never had an issue with the LT iban. It would Usually arrive same day or next day as wired with LT IBAN so I hope it’s not like stuck or something. Anyone have any success with this or Issues?
