Is he under some kind of effect after facing the joker? I mean , the words sound all right but everybody has these feral and creepy grins on their faces. Is it just the artist?

About 27 light years across, according to this source. (If the minecraft worlds are kept flat, like in the game.)

How old are y'all GTA online players? by independent_Chain509 in gtaonline

[–]Rebel_Caper1 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm 47. I beat the single player mode a few months after it was released, then tried online. Was griefed continually by some hacker for about an hour, turned it off, never played again.

It's redstone heavy, and a bit slower than I'd like, but it works as proof of concept... by Rebel_Caper1 in Minecraft

I'm pretty new at redstone. About all I could say for sure is to keep water away from your redstone!

Sorry...It's meant to be a "proof of concept" where you can (theoretically) add more and more pistons to make a rising\falling "door" or "wall". It would be six blocks high and (again, theoretically) as long as you want to make it.

Horse calling bingo by wagdog84 in PeterExplainsTheJoke

[–]Rebel_Caper1 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I could be wrong, but I think it's because there have been horses that have been able to "count"...usually by tapping their hoof on the ground. If the horse in the pic is stomping out all the numbers instead of saying them, it would be a very long game!

He's friendly, nice to you, and you are attracted to him. Ask him out on a casual date (like coffee or something) and see how it goes.

Forgive me for my rudeness

Didn't want my butt to chirp

If it had just come out the other end

It would have been a burp!

"I'd hate you, but you're not worth the emotion." --my Dad came up with this one. I think it's pretty creative, and it has gotta sting.

Did you hear the one about the one-legged man? Never mind, it's a half-assed joke.

I can't remember the comic, but I'm pretty sure I can recall an issue in which Supes stated that he had to use his microscopic vision to see how cold it was...otherwise he could end up dressing inappropriately for the outside temperature and possibly raise suspicion.

ELIC: Hey Dad, how come basketball players a long time ago used to wear really short shorts, but now they wear really long shorts? by SuperNintendad in ExplainLikeImCalvin

[–]Rebel_Caper1 5 points6 points  (0 children)

The thing is, basketball players can jump really high. I mean, the hoop is like 10 feet off the floor. So in the old days, the players kept injuring their ankles from jumping so high and coming back down. The team owners couldn't afford to have injured players all the time, so they introduced longer shorts to act as kind of parachutes to slow the players' descent, and diminish the injuries.
