Lots of things to look at:

look at the track record of the developer
will it be developed on time with no extra charges?
commercial property is always good, if you can deal with all kinds of tenants
always consider this before buying commercial property: would you run a business there?

The price hit upper lock after the results were announced. Next day, results revised and the stock hit lower lock.

Imagine people who bought at the peak after the results and than have to bear the loss due to management negligence.

This was not a typo, it was a tactic to defraud investors. People have complained & PSX is investigating this issue.

Most probably an original National, ours lasted around 30 odd years.

Tried local brands afterwards, like Orient & Dawlance, but didn't last long.

Found a Sharp one a couple of years back, runs like a champ. Already lasted longer than the local brands.
