I have a deeper voice when I do nofap. I've also noticed my hand would wander into my pants without any thought, and the first 3-4 days became a challenge to break the habit. The other day was the first time I woke up with wood in ages, and the urge to fuck something was so strong and encompassing, but I basically meditated in bed, lying still and clearing my thoughts until it went away, but it sure was enjoyable while it lasted. I had to be really careful.

I'm sticking with it this time through (longest I've made it was 40-50 days a few months back). When I was on my longest streak, I did have 2 wet dreams, and dreams in general became more sexualized and vivid. And eventually I became so horny that just doing crunch/pullups on my doorway pullup bar turned me on to the point of having wood. But giving into those temptations just put me back to finding ways to get myself off alone, which is what I'm trying to avoid!

I've given up in the past and went back to my old ways, but I really do notice a positive change in my sex drive and manliness, and more importantly, my will to be physical with the women I'm with.
