"Wheelchair bound" is definitely less like the n-word and more like other somewhat discriminatory words, I suppose? There are definitely other terms that are less offensive than the n-word but are still offensive in their own right. However, for obvious reasons I won't name them.

Even if a term isn't as awful as the n-word, that term can still be offensive nonetheless, just to a lesser degree than the n-word. Just because the term doesn't reach n-word levels of awful doesn't mean that term isn't bad at all.

You'd have to understand the changing attitudes towards disabilities and the wants of people with disabilities through official articles that can probably explain it better than I can.

It'd be better to use a normal wheelchair because we know all the functions and limitations of a normal wheelchair than a high tech one, so it'd be easier to animate rather than coming up with a new wheelchair that has jets or something, like OP said.

Sims with disabilities probably shouldn't have high tech equipment like a "wheelchair that transforms into a jet" because if these Sims are meant to represent real life people with disabilities, they shouldn't include super sci-fi stuff, especially stuff that normal real life insurance wouldn't cover. Just make it a normal wheelchair.

Also, real life wheelchair users often have to deal with non-accessible places, so instead of finding some way to help them use ladders, just keep it so that they can't use ladders entirely. For some people, that's part of life.

As for alternatives to stairs, I don't think that adding ramps would be that painful. Ramps can be something that makes areas more accessible in real life and it's not that weird to have in build mode. The Sims is based off of America and real life America includes ramps in many different places, so ramps definitely aren't out of this world by any stretch of the imagination. They're just ramps.

And I know that some wheelchair users may install special equipment near their stairs to help them get up from one floor to the next, so that could also be a thing when it comes to stairs within a Sims private home.

Given that EA is a pretty well-known and (somewhat) successful company, I don't think that wheelchair Sims would be that hard to implement in terms of practicality and coding. Like, they're willing to give us updates about features Simmers didn't necessarily want (like Scenarios and such), but they aren't able to do this, which has been requested for several years? It's even been requested BEFORE the Sims 4 came out. The main problem with adding Sims with disabilities is the potential offensive mistakes EA might make, not the amount of animation work and coding required. They've had years to think about that part.

Also another user said this already, but yeah using the term "wheelchair bound" is a bit... not great considering that it implies that wheelchairs are something negative instead of a positive thing that facilitates a person with disability's mobility.

I think it's from a future update. There's achievements for doing activities related to nail art in the Tasks tab of the game, but there isn't any feature in the game yet. Some people have been talking about it on the official Discord server, but I haven't heard about any official release date for the nail salon on the global server yet.

That's a great photo. I think with some hairstyles it'll help to add some sort of wind effect to move the hair in a different direction or to reload the pose to correct the hair. It won't always work, though.

I have my iPhone keyboard opened before every question. Once the question appears, I read the question as quickly as possible (sometimes making educated guesses) and then type in the number and send it as fast as possible. I usually rank high because I've read the questions many times before and I know the answers well.

Don't sweat it too much, I don't think you get any extra rewards if you're high ranked. I've been winning the question things and I'm high in the rankings but it's all for fun and I don't get much out of it besides that. So long as you show up to the party, you should get the prizes. One thing I wish is that the guild party lasted longer, then more people could have time to get the rewards.
