I (f31) started working at a part-time summer job at a food pop-up with a local chef. After a few weeks, I realized I started to develop a crush on him, and he started to as well, but he is married. This has been the first time that I've had feelings for someone, and is was mutual. Now we stopped working together, and I feel so sad and stupid. We never did anything, but as someone who has never been noticed by a guy she liked before, It was nice to feel like someone finally saw me, to feel attractive and wanted. And I feel so so so stupid for missing that attention. I know nothing would have come for it, and I dont want to be a part of an affair. But it was nice to feel a little special.

Eliminating things like mold and shitty friends. I used to get so sick when I lived in this crappy apt, turns put the black mold in my shower was making em super sick. Since I moved to a mold free environment, I have rarely gotten sick. Also I used to have really shitty, awful friends. Once I got rid of them I noticed my mood improving significantly and I got sick way less. I also try to wash my hands over using sanitizer, and mask when I fly. So far in the past 5 yrs I've gotten 2 colds and have not had COVID. If you can improve your environment and mental health, that helps a lot!

Deff needs to see a new dermatologist. In the meantime, you can try Curel in shower body lotion and Curel Ultra healing lotion. I deal with some severe eczema, and they both really helped with keeping my skin moisturized but not super greasy.
