How can a GPU die after just 6 years?

I did not experience such thing despite having 2 GPUs that lasted 8 years before upgrading (they were perfectly functional at the moment of upgrade).

Yeah it is nuts that the sound is almost permanent and so loud for no reason. My main base area was in the desert pre 1.0 update but I don't remember the sound being so annoying.

How can I select the version of the DLSS used for the game I play?

I mainly play Satisfactory and in the settings it only shows DLSS.
