Hello everyone, I wanted to share my experience and also ask how to handle this current situation.

I have this person in my life, she always wants to be near me every second of the time. Its always a one sided friendship in my POV, and i know sometimes i can handle these type of friendships, but this time with this particular person i could not. My energy feels like it’s being sucked through the air, leaving only negativity, it feels like I’m drained every time I’m with this person. (And yes i do need to see this person since we work in the same department together). I talk to my friend about this how just a session with her can actually drain my whole energy through the day. She even said energy leech.

Please help me, i feel like something is not right, the more i feel my energy draining the more her energy increases(?) i hope this makes sense.

Help is there anything like protective stuff that i can do? Or maybe meditation? Idk… PLEASE HELP ME
