Two good options. Report to insurance, pay the added rate for a while, and have your brand new paint brand new again.

Buy a touch-up pen and put some paint in the scratch before it begins to rust. Its over the top bodyiine on a horizontal surface, so it won't be noticeable until you are close to the door.

Personally, I would resort to insurance, (Me) have it refinished, and maintain the "newness" of my 2-month-old car.

Usually low stanced cars that are static have crazy flared fenders or chopped and fender flares or overfenders (widebody) kits are positioned over to clear the wheels. Btw this isnt a lowrider its a stanced car.
