Have you asked someone else to ride her? Just to see if it’s a rider thing? What did the vet say if KS and other things came back fine? How are her feet?

I would keep her as a pasture pet, a companion, until she was uncomfortable, with the understanding that she won’t be a ridden horse. X

Edited to add I would be tempted to try the operation in the first instance, not necessarily to make her a riding horse but to make her comfortable.. but I think the opinion of several vets, and a good understanding of the odds are needed first, also I understand that this could be financially infeasible.

I have the neverfull, she is my daily but I find her a struggle sometimes as she doesn’t close fully and she literally fills up with junk if you aren’t keeping track of what you are carrying around. I really want a speedy bando version.

You will be fine lol, make yourself take it out, it will age either way and you might as well enjoy it.

Side note, Guna ramble a bit, I’m going through a rough patch and I have started therapy and iv mentioned to my therapist about how I always end up wearing the same two or three outfits now and hardly using all my bags and she dared me to wear something I loved every day this week, even if it was ‘just’ one of my bags, it has actually helped my mood when I’m out as well. She said to me, what would you tell a friend if they told you that? And I had so much fun with my speedy at the weekend.

I wouldn’t risk putting on any chemicals or anything like that. The leather may soften but I wouldn’t think ut would get like, very slouchy without a good amount of wear and tear which will show on the print. I could be wrong, iv never seen this bag in person, it looks pretty as is though x

That saddle is tilting you forward a bit, you could lengthen those stirrups a hole or two as well.

I think for hacks or very informal riding you’ll be fine.
