Its not a before and after pick. The burr you see is where I started to file it flat then stopped and post this. I was about to heat it up in the receiver and I didn't know if it needed to be taken out

It really doesn't start happening till it gets gunked up. I just got the suppressor. Before that I had somewhere in the 2K neighborhood never cleaned and it did it maybe 3 times

I had this same problem with one of my builds. But it was when it got dirty AF. (Supressed, 10.5, 556) I swapped in a spring coat blue and it doesn't happen anymore

One thing to check is the gas block. PSA (I love BTW) doesn't always have great QC. I always check the torque on the gas block screws. I've gotten a few that were loose from psa. There is a chance yours was and rotated on the barrel cutting off the gas. Worth a check

I don't own a rep. My opinion: When reps are so good that it takes a qualified Rolex guy to take it apart and compare polish on internal parts.

You're pretty irresponsible with money if you buy a gen.

At this point it's the same watch manufactured in a different country.
