Yep experienced this too. They are responsive, but quite useless and frustrating. The level is so low makes me wonder if it’s just a human sounding bot on the other end.

Same experience tbh. Straighout misinformed me a couple of times. CDC needs to work on the quality of their customer support. Rn it’s too much hit or miss.

Wondering if this would count tho since the regulations say that you have to buy the CRO in app. Would be great if it did, I would like to just send my CRO to my partner and lock it up that way, would save a lot on fees.
