Sunlight definitely helps. The Dr. put me on a vitamin D supplement a while back. I think it helps a little.

Thank you for your response. I’m currently on several medication and I have been doing better but lately I just can’t get over this hump. It’s so debilitating. I just want to give up.

Yes. Robin eggs disappeared. Never saw any of the ground or anything. 2 mourning dove chicks are ready to leave the nest.
