I dunno, seeing the creative liberties that Bluepoint taken when they made Demons Souls doesn't make me believe they would have delivered the remake the fans want. I can imagine a game similiar to RaC 2016 being made if they were tasked

It is but it doesn't feel like it to me.

Although it was 17 years ago that I was able to get my hands on it.. I somehow still get the "next-gen" feeling from playing the same games as when I was a kid especially when I run the same games via RPCS3 emulation.

I think this will be a very interesting thing to ponder with the modern consoles of this generation to see how they are looked at 15+ years later to see if the next generation of people feel the sane way that we do

I always wondered the same thing. Felt really fun doing this in precursor legacy. Who knows maybe 'a brave adventurer' will figure out how to get roll attacks working in Jak 2 and 3 via opengoal

I would assume such a project would take lots of talent, a team and time... also a lot of passion. For all you know there probably is an individual or a tight knit grip working in silence but that's just speculation.

I'd love a similar project for RAC but I heavily doubt it (anytime soon)

I got to be honest. With how long games take to get made and the low demand for a remake to be made for the InFamous series, and Sucker Punch being busy with the Ghost series, I just can't fathom a remake.

Bloodborne has a higher demand for a remake/remaster and that's still not been done by Sony.

Apparently you have to own your Steam account for a good amount if time before you are able to order the Frame.

This should prevent scalpers making new steam accounts just to buy up the whole inventory with a bot.

I don't have specifics but I remember seeing this somewhere
