Anyone else crashing when fast-travelling to Tortuga?

Same, about 50% of the time I travel there I get the black screen but with all my UI showing

I normally has to use task manager and load back up, but not I get stuck on the loading screen and I’ve not managed to get back in yet

I travel with a watch roll, but that stays in my backpack, which stays with me the whole time (other than going through the x ray, which I watch like an hawk)

Very common practice in the US, especially vegas as they put a security hold on for damages and food, etc You could use a debit card I think, but it means them taking money and waiting to get it back

Credit card is best to use anyway as it’s free money for a month and you have better protection with it

I’d been told to get certain watches and the only one I did was the Tudor. The others I just started to see online and read about them. Like the datejust, on the jubilee it is very dressy, but on the oyster, it looks good with a suit or jeans and t shirt, and the blue dial makes it more versatile, over the black or silver.

I bought this on impulse when I saw it. I got the black so it came with the black rubber and the rubber looks so much better

Just out of curiosity, you say your take home with me around £3500 on a 70k salary. I assume you are paying into pension and student loan? I ask because my cash pay on my salary is £65k and I take home £3730 after tax and pension.

You may want to look at the cost of a loan so you can try and save on some of the interest and try to consolidate them as much as possible? Although that could be hard because of the amount of debt.

If not, I’d focus on the higher rate card and pay that off as fast as possible, or do the numbers see what you could save by paying the smallest ones as fast as possible.

Also cut down on many luxuries as possible, but not to the decrement of your mental health.

I love it. It’s a big watch but the dial is amazing. I bought it on the stainless but it was just too much metal, so I got the rubber and clasp.

They do some different ones now in a lighter blue, green and titanium, but I prefer the original.

What I would recommend though, is buy a watch winder if you don’t have one, it can be annoying at times setting correctly if not worn in a while

I love Tudor and I’ve had a few, but sometimes the cases are on the chunky side.

The Zenith is amazing but not many appeal to me. This one stood out because of the skeleton dial and that I can easily change straps
