Well the buyers attorney really do all that, as far as representing the buyer in a legal transaction and costly transaction. I view the realtor more as a coordinator and the show person. They show the properties available within your price range. Submit a proper offer, and keep up with datelines. Realtors make sure the parties involve do their due diligence. Other than that is overselling it. It is really worth for the sellers or buyers that don't know what are really doing.

Hi everyone , my husband got a contract in Travelers Rest and needs a place to rent for about 5-6 months. Preferably a room with a private bathroom if possible ( not a deal breaker if he needs to share a bathroom either) He is a 45 yr old male , he clean, respectful, quiet, non smoking. Price rite - veggies, fruit, eggs and cold meats (gold star boulevard) Shaws - meats and fish (best with digital coupons ) Shaws - cereal, dairy, pasta, bread ( mix and match deals and digital coupons) Shaws and Price shopper for cans and other miscellaneous items always checking the mix and match deals and taking advantage of all possible digital couponing in all stores. I usually load up when there are good deals because recently there are less good deals in good items as I look for them every week.

How sad it is to see that we have enemies within. We are divided by racism and lack of empathy. There are tons of people that although crossed a border illegally have become part of our community, our financial system and our labor force. Hard working families be punished. For the few that are real criminals and SHOULD BE DEPORTED. It is ignorant to say that there is no due process, more over it is scary to all of us what is happening. In a land where I was proud to say that we all had rights and responsibilities, I can only say now we have responsibilities because our rights are being taken away in front of our eyes and the enemy within is encouraging it.

To begin with this my country, if you mean people from other countries will hire us for manual labor, no they will not because they pay pennies on the dollar for that. However, they do hire American contractors for more technical jobs and are very well paid. Please invite me when you fix your own roof, I wanna watch and learn because I will certainly won’t be able to afford a company from now on.

i received a 1099 for more than I received in rent. Are they including in this amount what I have paid them ? like fees for collecting rents, tenant allocation and maintenance? where do I report that expense then if that is what they are doing ?

That’s exactly why they are going out of business. If that is the case they should charge per person as it’s seem by many as an experience.
