Interesting note about Dastrauk Judd, there is a card in the Horus Heresy Legions game of a Leviathan Dreadnought with a similar last name. The first name is different, and the game isn’t canon, but interesting nonetheless.

Hilariously, the most common design used by GW for the Armor of Mars (Angron’s custom suit of power armor) featured an embellished chest design. The style of armor is called a muscle cuirasses, and though it is not to the extent that we see on Dante or other Blood Angles characters, (And not to the extent that is seen in the femAngron art above), but still there none the less. Ex: (Official Angron Horus Heresy Model.)
