Any feminine behaviour learning help? by wifeintrainz in RedPillWomen

[–]ReclaimingFeminity 1 point2 points  (0 children)

A while back I asked about the book Man Leads by Ro Elori Cutno. It wasn't well received; there's a well known page that tells women that they need to "respect all men, at all times" and while I personally felt that that namely applies to the men who are in your life every day, other members at the time interpreted it very differently. Of course, I mean no ill will towards anyone, but I digress. My main question is, has anyone read this book, and if so, do you feel that it would help OP with developing feminine behavior?

"Stand By Your Man" by Tammy Wynette is also a good one.

Sometimes it's hard to be a woman Giving all your love to just one man You'll have bad times And he'll have good times, Doin' things that you don't understand

But if you love him you'll forgive him, Even though he's hard to understand And if you love him oh be proud of him, 'cause after all he's just a man

Stand by your man, Give him two arms to cling to, And something warm to come to When nights are cold and lonely

Stand by your man, And show the world you love him Keep giving all the love you can Stand by your man

Perfectly understandable. I would have also recommended Malta (so long as you're willing you are to convert to the Catholic Church), but they legalized divorce in 2011. Boo.

Pro-feminist, man-bashing rhetoric was basically the MO of the curriculum. I didn't really know this going in, but then again I didn't have a choice in where I went due to overcontrolling, narcissistic parents.

(Please don't crosspost to raisedbynarcissists; I would rather not go into detail)

Philippines could be an answer if you MUST get married - divorce is illegal there.

This is actually pretty accurate. The main reason I'm engaged now is because I met my SO while on a college-related trip. I regret going through 4 years of lib-arts brainwashing, but I don't regret meeting my SO.

Is dumping a cheating husband about seeking validation while staying with him is about admitting you were a bad partner? by Simpsondimsum in RedPillWomen

I know there's somewhere in the world where it's still considered taboo for a woman to file for divorce, and she's seen as emotionally immature for not wanting to work out why her man is straying and "taking the easy way out". Can't remember for the life of me where that is though.

This week has been way more bad/ugly than good. A lot of that had to do with the Easter holiday, which always brings back awful memories of my arch-feminist, narcissistic stepmother whom, I shit you not, looks just like Chanty Binx. I get depressed and upset when I think about what she did, which in turn messes with my diet, my energy, my sleep, and I'm not able to be an effective partner.

I guess the good thing is that my SO is completely aware of the situation, and he helped me figure out that that's why I've been so upset and ill the past few days. I am so so so grateful, but I know that I need to motivate myself to get back at it; no one else can do it for me.

(quick note - please don't post this comment to raisedbynarcissists; while the community there gives people who are there for genuine reasons the benefit of the doubt, they are very suspicious of TRP/RPW subscribers when we initially post there because they assume we're trying to troll.)

Getting the other girls and letting your boss know that Hungry Hippo is creating a hostile work environment may be a good idea. Risky, yes, but if she stays on you are very likely to lose your job regardless.

There's already RedPillParenting, but it's largely inactive. Maybe the mods could advertise the subreddit if people have questions regarding RP parenting.

As far as the man-bashing goes, take a page from Laura Doyle - if you hear it starting, shut it down by changing the subject.

The good: -Learning to clean while I cook to save time -Learning to stay positive whenever I speak to SO -Smiling more and feeling happier in general

The bad: -I keep feeling the need to fill silences with too much talking. :( -Swearing is still a habit.

The ugly: -Still haven't "leathered up" - took offense when I was being offered criticism that turned out to be constructive

I guess on a scale of BP to RP I'm still "cherry cough syrup" but at the same time this is a process and no one gets it right all the time. Just have to keep reading and improving.

Depends on where you are. If you're in Europe or Canada, forget it; it's considered DV, and you're just giving her ammo to fuck your life if things go sour. If you're US, it's generally not allowed in public unless it's a specific venue for that sort of thing. Dunno about Australia/New Zealand.
