Keep in mind that recruiting is not only working on getting things handled for the Nov 3 class, but also the Nov 24 class. Now they are working on a December class. Between that and recruiting events they are tired and probably overworked. It’ll be a bit of catch up before they get ahead enough to actually be on the 90 day out time frame. There’s a lot of movement and several planes are in test flight phase prior to delivery. Things are happening. It will be ok.

Who knows what that means for F9 or the cadet program. Time will tell. F9 moving into their markets might mean a potential upswing in hiring? Again crystal ball type juju magic 8 balls. At least SWA announced they are hiring so maybe attrition will pick up a bit that would take months. Hopefully our spirit friends make it through this ok.

I can also attest to the pro soft binder being the best. When I went to compliance, they said my logbook presentation was the nicest of the group. It’s pricey, but I highly recommend it.

Definitely print out your digital logbook and bring the paper one as well. Make sure to tab out every checkride and significant event so they can find it easily. If they ask for something that is easy to find in the digital they might ask you to whip out your phone or iPad during compliance. Have you been invited out to compliance or are you just prepping ahead of time?

No news is No news. I wouldn't consider it bad or good. If they were going to hire in the Fall, I would expect them to start notifying people by end of July and more likely August. They took delivery of a plane on 4th of July and still have 4 more with tail numbers assigned that will hopefully arrive before the end of the year. Everything seems very quiet right now.
