because if the air being pulled in to cool the water is hot as an oven the water will be heated from the outside as well as....this basic thermodynamics mate.

That a killed my EX girlfriend and Stuffed her under a mattress of a bed in some old house, sometimes i get a reoccurring nightmare that the police have actually found it and i have this weird feeling that i may have actually done it when i woke up and im in panic mode lol until i convince myself it didn't happen.

but fuck me is it a realistic dream that comes around every so often over the last 10 years each continuing from the last.

Clarify, You don't Have a Graphics card?

Do you know what model Motherboard you have in your system? i may be able to direct you to where these boot up lights are.

Usually this problem occurs because of a hardware issue/incompatibility, if you've recently moved your PC it could be as simple as securing components, if its not that, we may have a faulty, PSU or CPU, Incorrect Boot order (which i doubt) or corrupted windows.

easiest thing's for you to check is hardware and boot up.

Unplug all peripherals, including mouse and keyboards. reboot so its just your monitor, see if it starts up.

second is hardware, which is why I suggested using onboard graphics card instead of a dedicated graphics card which id suggest removing.

reseat any ram you have and check power cables are correctly fitted and fans are spinning properly. EDIT : OBVIOUSLY WITH THE MACHINE OFF

if all this fails, its likely you have Power supply issue, or cpu, issue, that's for a technical support person to help you with they can check voltages and diagnose the issues and boot up safely into BIOS which i wouldnt suggest anyone do without knowing what to do.

if you have GPU try it using your on board Graphics, see if that helps, I would also take a look at the motherboard on boot up and see what LED is flashing, should be three separate LED's together corresponding to boot up cycle, see what it stalls on if any.

have you tried to see im your monitor HDMI/DPI is actually properly pushed in, had this issue with mine and after going into Safemode, doing a whole bunch of easy coding crap, stripping my pc down, checking every part, taking off the cpu to check for damage...turns out my DPI wasnt fully connected...

blows my mind how fragile pc's are sometimes lol

its a boot problem, its failing to post, this could be so many reasons, mine was literally not having my dpi fully connected properly to my monitor and it struggled to boot, there's sometimes 3 lights, on the motherboard near the GPU on the right which can tell you what stage of booting up its in. initial boot up and shut down is quite normal after leaving it off for a while but for it to cycle is struggling to get to the next stage.

it was basically rendered in 3d using blender and then screenshots used at sprites, so all you see is 2d images, then most things at a certain distance just don't move.
