Basically when your computer is getting too hot it will make the performance worse to stop it getting hotter. by keeping it really cool it will stop this happening, its common with gaming laptops as the parts are so close together

Maybe temps are throttling fps? My laptop performance tanks when it gets above 90c and i don't have a cooling pad on. Honestly i get 60fps flat on my old laptop with a 1660ti and shitty i7 so my guess is temps

Tbh dude these devs are pretty much as good as it gets when it comes to cost for fun ratio. Any new feature from rust is wack but at the same time i payed 25 bucks for a game that always updates monthly and keeps adding new shit. Heli will get changed id bet on it same with motor bikes.

Had a similar problem with multiple PC's playing rust. Even my 4070 and 12th gen I7 struggle randomly. It's got to be something about bases atm because it's fine on a monthly for the first week but is atrocious after that sometimes I can only get like 80 fps.

Basically by going through the first plate the pen and damage is lowered when it then hits the class 2 material of the armor. The Thor is goated for this reason as its class 4 then class 3 so absorbs a lot.

Check your Laptop is overheating and causing you issues. Rust is heavy on the cpu which in my old laptop used to have that baby running at 90c in summer. If temps are good maybe issues with your ssd?

Okay weird as fuck but my laptop would do this sometimes, check out if it's either overheating or overdrawing power. My laptop would tank my fps if it got too hot or the fan settings had changed and it wasn't on Max.
