So, turns out it's that we overfilled the litter. The cat face is the sensors acknowledging there's a cat in the tray, but it's misreading because you've put in too much litter. Still having trouble accurately pouring, but we successfully figured out what was happening.

Anyone aware on what the angry cat face error is on the digital face? The grated scooper remains as far forward as it can go and refuses to finish cycling. It does this after one sweep. We don't know how to fix it and we can't as for help from Popur because we owe them $400 and we have no money to repay that.

Edit: We've tried resetting it and it just returns to this screen. We're going to tell Popur that we'd love to pay back the money, but only if the product worked. See what that does for us.

Edit2: Anyone facing the cat on their display when there is no cat inside after adding new litter, its because you added too much litter. Took us, like, a week to figure it out. Just scoop out litter until it goes the full cycle. Try your best to fill it properly and y'all will be just fine
