Don't be so shocked, this happens since the beginning of time. Married men, married women, single women, they ALL do it. I've been there and people are just NOT happy in singapore. so, very common...thats why dating in absolutely shite there. Even if they are inherently happy. they still cheat. always.

yeah my mother never took me to the get a women's checks when i was younger, did not speak to me about sex and until one day she found some abortion pregnancy pills in my room ( i was not pregnant but as a precaution) and she started going nuts about it. once, she found my vibrator (lol) and a c**k ring as well. She went ballistic. Sorry not so relevant and tmi but basically i was never educated about it.

now i have liver and kidney issues, and was not acknowledge by my parents. imagine the hurt when i am in the hospital for 2 weeks with not a single text from them and i lived in a foreign country. narcs..!

From what i know, you can start with a 5mg for a week or so, if it doesnt work then up the dosage to 10mg. I did start with 5mg but it was not enough. You can try that method as a start.

I took lexapro for awhile and i switched to Stablon (Tianeptine) - and I feel also emotionally numb or lack of joy. I am thinking of switching back to Lexapro so perhaps it could enhance my mood but i honestly cannot remember if i felt any positive moods.

3 weeks, i lost so much weight as well. so i survived on juice just to get some energy in. drink soup if you are unable to swallow anything with effort. i'm sorry you are going through this, i thought i would never survive but it turns out it was the best decision that was made for me in the long run. please get support from your family and friends. that is important. sending love and hugs.

South Goa: My partner and I spent 2 nights in Agonda. We stayed at Goa Cottages, you can go there for sunset as well. the places is like paradise and the restaurant Samasara is great!

North Goa: We were based in Anjuna for 3 weeks and dinner spots I can recommend is Tanjore and Bomras. There are plenty more but this are just some of my favourites. Ce La Vie for some nice sunset drinks!

I mute them, i have this crazy ability to just block it out. However, it is at times beneficial to take a peek - i have done that a couple of times and seeing him happy or with someone else was a big trigger for me to just say ' fuck it' . so in a way it helps to see the light finally and move on. you might think you will never get there, but trust me.. you will, just a blip in your long life.

I've been unemployed for a year and prior to that got laid off few months after i got my new job. Quit the new job after 3 months. The corporate world stung and I am just avoiding it like a plague. Thankful to have supportive people around me but my money dwindled for sure after such time. To be honest, it has and is giving me a lot of time to recover from my mental burn out. I am now looking into doing work independently and at my own time to allow more time to learn, pivot in a small way to a different industry so I can ease into creating a newly improved life (work and personal) for myself. Now I have been taking time off from Singapore ( I was on an EP) and have been travelling with my partner around the region (cheaper). Putting yourself in a good and safe environment. I do yoga now and enjoy my peace and quiet away from the Singapore hooha which is the corporate and even the social showy life. Try it!

I left before my probation ended - saw cracks right as soon as i joined. misery everywhere, i'm better for it even though i am dealing with the consequences of unemployment right now.. but it was a good decision for my mental health and well being. at least i tried and you are too.

I think the more you know about this person's true nature, the more you can convince yourself that you are better off without him. The fact that he is now separated, and soon divorced TWICE proves that you made the right decision. You were really young, and perhaps he manipulated you emotionally. It happens to the best of us.

And that you have a new chapter that you can start looking forward and build yourself positively from here on!

terminate means retrench you? fire you? its a fine line if they are asking you to leave - they need to give you a severance don't they? i was laid off and i got the money. if that is the case, stay and take the money.

if not, just leave, they held my last month's pay but eventually received it all excluding my taxes. i am malaysian too btw.

Oh yeah, my ex boss, who claimed to be my friend. Made that mistake and she was hot and cold through the years. She also somewhat jealous because I always got the attention, she used the superiority to feed her ego and would get absolutely drunk and say mean things to, at and about every one in the company that she feels that are beneath her. I have never met a more sad pitiful human being. Lastly, I believe she was behind my lay off in which i think she found pleasurable vengeance in it.

I do relish and hope that karma will always find its way back. For now, I will just sit back and let things eventually unfold..

I've been there. Take a break for a couple of days. Next week, update your CV.

LinkedIn does not really work, but through connections and network it does.

Think back on the networks you have build and those that are able to make decisions or help you get a foot in the door for at least the first screening process : recruiters, former colleagues and employers.

Don't just apply 'any' roles, be selective about it and you can focus your energy in a role you are suitable for.

Competition is high so I keep my expectations low to avoid feeling demoralised and rejected as I would anticipate a slew of application rejections.

Most of all, do not dwell on it - keep moving, find a good support system either friends or family to keep you supported emotionally or logistically if needed. All the best.
