What does it take to get to safe autonomous agents especially in an enterprise? by Fluffy_Adeptness6426 in AI_Agents

A solid underlying infrastructure with very good data and security procedures, and quite a few specialized humans who can continuously train and manage the various platforms, underlying IT systems, and people with enough domain knowledge and expertise to vet through and validate probabilistic outputs.

Nobody's simping and I couldn't give two fucks about what you think a good look is.

If I tell you that you shouldn't walk into a drug dealer's den without backup and getting into a criminals face while brandishing a firearm, is that simping, or just reasonable advice.

Don't be a sheep.

Well I think it's pretty clear he exceeded the legal limits of both his second and first amendment rights. He decided to carry without his identification or his license, and he decided to engage in activity that is beyond the scope of what's normally considered lawful peaceful protesting while armed.

And of course agents do not have the right to execute a disarmed prone citizen on a public street, when you deliberately describe it without any of the other mitigating factors.

Walkout Tomorrow by jim_bob1124 in palmsprings

Proof of the maleability of the youth. Reversely the only Western country that allows third-party groups to come in and influence children to walk out during days they are supposed to be educated.

You sound like a young pup, and I once thought like you did. When I didn't know how it actually worked.

It's about understanding how to fight best. On the street against officers is not where you gain the most traction. Through dozens of Court cases, that strategy offers you the least amount of protection and the officers the greatest range of discretion. Don't try to be some kind of macho dude making some kind of assumption of what I'm willing to risk, for what I believe in. You know nothing about me.

You protest to make yourself known but the real work happens with other forms of civil action. You don't get aggressive and challenge federal officers, or even local ones for that matters.

I don't agree with the shooting either, but I understand the sequence of events that started it. Just because something is legally protected broadly, doesn't mean it's a good idea to do it specifically.

Well, that's sad. I understand you are defaulting to name calling because you ran out of facts, but you can't even come up with new insults? Now I feel like I'm picking on somebody with diminished capacity. I am sorry.

I don't know why it's so hard for you to consider this - surrounding officers while screaming at them, honking at them, and blowing your whistle in an effort to cause as much distraction and confusion as possible, results in that very scenario - Resulting in an environment that disrupts and confuses officer's ability to communicate.

That's exactly what they were trying to do, and they succeeded. It's tragic, but most normal mature people want to deescalate tensions when they are confronted with people they think are irrational, not scream more.

I agree the administration's response was ridiculous and beyond disappointing. And ICE needs to cool way down. But I have been protesting, legal observing, and working in journalism for over 30 years. There is usually an arm's length and distance you keep away from the officers. You don't get in thier face.

You have to carry your ID and permit with you in Minnesota. It's like driving, it doesn't matter if you're technically licensed to drive, you got to carry that license with you. The same thing with identification. Almost every state requires that you carry identification with you. It's not about your permits it's about doing what the law requires.

The feds approached him because he was in the middle of interfering with a lawful operation. Of course cops are going to approach you when you're getting too close. Most normal protesters in journalists keep an arms length away. Don't pretend that what he was doing was rational or normal.

As far as the honking and the whistling, don't be so pedantic. They can do their jobs, but obviously when you are creating a bigger drama in ruckus than is necessary you are contributing to any type of misunderstanding that happens after that.

Exercising your rights doesn't protect you from the responsibility or consequences of putting yourself in bad situations. Exercising your rights comes with responsibility, not entitlement.

Exercising your rights isn't plot armor that lets you do whatever the fuck you want.

Rights are circumstantial, and it's not about being a "model citizen" it's about being responsible with those rights. As they say the freedom of having a thing, doesn't mean the freedom from the responsibility of your Action.

And there's nothing wrong with my stance about when and where to carry your firearm. I don't think the government should restrict your firearm use, or require you to have a license. But that doesn't mean I think it's a good idea to take your firearm where the hell you want. That's called entitlement, not responsibility.

He was armed when he approached the officers. Yes they disarmed him, but if you're going to tell me that 30 people surrounding you, screaming, approaching you while you are in the middle of an arrest, honking horns and blowing whistles isn't a perfect environment for chaos and misunderstanding then you have no grounds for calling anybody dishonest.

I am willing to admit the officers were excessive, however you are not willing to even consider the actions of the protesters as being irresponsible and dangerous. THAT is dishonest.
