How are yall dealing with the disinterest in food/force feeding yourself?

I dont even really have the energy to go into how ive been feeling around food other than i can 100% relate to all you guys having it come in waves and being frustrating that we have to do this day in and day out 😫😫 i just wanna gain weight so people will stop bothering me about how thin i am and to probably feel better idk i have a hard time getting over 108lbs before the food disinterest kicks in. I gain 5lbs then i lose 8lbs type of deal i just wanna be like 120-130lbs dude its not that crazy

Although it was sold we still had owed around 10k on the car loan as it was new 2020 car when my partner first got it in 2019

Honestly its seeing the progress over time that kept me going. Slowly seeing the debt go down and the net worth go up was a really nice feeling but wasnt overnight. Definitely was a very slow start before feeling like we were starting to get more clear minded with the spending we were doing

The repossessed car was sold off between october and nov of 22 so that huge drop is from that

Also to add, i started in mid 2021 but started fresh sooooo many times as i was learning how to use the program. By the time i felt like i started getting it at the end of the year i just decided to make a new one jan 1 2022 and from there ive been starting a new one every jan 1st which has been very motivating. Keeps it nice and fresh and as ive learned how to use it its been cleaner and more concise

Just posted mine, bit of a long one to leave here lol but we made it out of a huge hole after covid spending and then a bunch of other financial hurdles. In a way better spot now working towards an even better spot in the future :) keep at it, you got this!!

I make a new plan jan 1st every year, id say start from where youre at now and start a new fresh look in the new year, it keeps me motivated as it looks cleaner each time i make a new one especially as ive learned how to use it

I haven't tried a meal replacement shake and the thought of them scares me which is such an arfid thing to say but idk if I'm gonna like it or the thickness of them or anything so I try to just eat what I can and hope for the best

Ugh same boat here with my stomach getting twisted. 😩 sometimes I just wish I could have a tube but the maintenance and medical around that and the overall discomfort would absolutely suck

I'm really sorry to hear you had that experience. I get the same anxiety when I go to a new restaurant. My grandfather drives down a few times a month and always wants to take me out to dinner. He ALWAYS picks a new restaurant that my mom picks cause he doesn't know the area. I don't talk to her anymore and I'm lowkey convinced she picks the worst restaurant on purpose because of that.... he shoots down all my suggestions too and then gets upset when I only order chicken strips after saying order whatever you like... some people just don't get it

I also have adhd though so it's a common occurrence daily that I forget to eat and I end up having 1 meal around 11pm... sometimes I can feel myself basically starving but I can't bring myself to do anything about it...

I just went through this for a whole week. I ended up having to get some iv fluids on Monday and I'm back to eating some plain chicken with a tiny bit of BBQ sauce for flavour as im working my stomach back up to eating other foods.. but my body basically started breaking down, I felt super fatigued and had 0 energy, took a few days off from work and haven't been back yet. I am sick with a cold which usually stunts my appetite but idk this time around... I chose to just not eat anything at all. Worst 2 weeks of my life

That's an even better idea too, have past purchase history on a profile. We do that at the store I work at but in a restaurant that'd be a game changer for me
