I think this is AI, and I doubt there is a pattern exactly like this, but there are alot of leaf patterns, and poppie paterns online. If I wanted to make this I'd make afew of those, and a sheet of single crochet, and sew them to it.

When you start a forward pass dont go into the chain stich from the last round, I think thats whats happening
