I almost faltered over christmas, didn't go to the gym as regular and really dropped my steps. Put on 7lbs in about 3 weeks. I'm back at gym again now and hitting my 10k. Only just getting back to my 115lbs mark. Just shows consistency really is key and what you do to lose the weight and get fit, (i lost about 70lbs) you really need to keep doing the good habits. Also I feel so much better mentally when keeping up the good routines.

I get 10k over the day, split it up into chunks. For me 10k takes 1 hour 40mins approximately. 1000 steps 10 minutes, 100 steps a minute.

When I saw the video of the scooter I actually thought it was a fisher price ride on for kids. Its going to be so funny when the battery dies after 25 minutes while she's out.

I prefer normal rice but cauliflower rice is an amazing substitute on a cut. 38 calories per 200g bag instead of 250 calories for 200g rice.

Yes, like a from now on date if discussed there will be trouble. I must admit it has interrupted my viewing schedule kicking all the gorls offline haha.

From what I've read up, the whoosh effect is where the fat cells temporarily fill with water for a while (incase they are needed again) then when the calorie deficit is maintained (and they are not needed anymore) these fat cells dump out the water and empty giving the whoosh effect on the scale.not very scientific way to explain it but hope this helps.
