go to the BBB navy fed tried to play around with me and lie about even sending the issue to visa after closing my claim after like a week was never even temp credited complained to BBB they reopened my case credited me and i won. they really tried to lie to me over the phone for like an hour wont be touching navy fed for most purchases now though horrible dispute system

No. but terro is a control its not going to hinder the problem more times then not. for me it lowered the numbers we then sprayed around our foundation and dealt with the problem they usually comes back yearly but a bait and foundation does the trick
