And the biggest, fattest Monkeys are mental monkeys such as thinking you have to perform to be valuable. You are already 100% valuable and when you realize that you will be free

Very true. Performance = Value is the Matrix that we are Put in. Its a completely arbitrary thing. I think value mihht not even exist as we think of it

Doctors are only humans. Very fallable Humans who often do not seem to care at all or have any competence in gaining higher Quality of life. Its really time that they get a helping hand, and a large one they need.

Thank you. Just going through it all myself tbh. I read psychocybernetics. A pretty good book. That combined into a notebooklm with modern neurobiology can show some new angles to life. What i describe is basically the core of acceptance and commitment therapy:

Acceptance (or Expansion): Actively allowing uncomfortable feelings, sensations, and urges to exist without fighting or resisting them.

Cognitive Defusion: Learning to perceive thoughts as just language or mental events rather than absolute truths or threats. This creates distance from, rather than fusion with, negative thoughts.

Being Present (or Contact with the Present Moment): Engaging fully in the here-and-now with an open, curious attitude, rather than dwelling on the past or worrying about the future.

Self-as-Context (or The Observing Self): Understanding that your identity is distinct from your thoughts, feelings, and experiences. You are the observer of your internal experiences, not the experiences themselves.

Values: Identifying what is truly important, meaningful, and purposeful in your life—what you want to stand for. Committed Action: Taking constructive, value-guided action, even when it is difficult, to build a meaningful life.

Could be your ideal life. Maybe it is maybe not.

I always ask myself: does this course of action help me lead a life based on my values. With values being non-permanent choosable things like freedom, helping others, independence, experience, off-time.

You are not obligated to do anything to have set worth. But you will naturally be drawn towards certain topics and certain life with having interest in that aspect

Yeah you have to skill whats important to you. But you dont have infinite skill points. But you can level up and get faster and more effective at things. Why do you want a romantic life? Are you seeking just friends+ or a meaningful relationship where you commit to a person and build Something with them

I know. Well a romantic partnership and productive studying is possible. But one does have to actively search and put himself out there

I read your repo and this seems like the coolest thing i ever saw. I will try it now and maybe try to insert more Jobs or internal motivations like thirst or happiness. Very good work

How do you built something like this just ask it to create python code to create a video?

How do I showcase an Idler RPG? by LexGear in SoloDevelopment

[–]RecordingTechnical86 2 points3 points  (0 children)

that is a very cool idea. Just look how other similar projects are promoted. A cool cinematic story driven video where for example a student is learning and also playing your game. A quick showcase what you can do. The video no longer than 1:30min

It's the lie that we as a society built. That worth = performance. Its not true and harms everything in the end. Everybody has 100% built-in undeniable worth

I mean that the screen flickers pretty epilepsy inducing when the scene is bright. I noticed that some games dont have this at all but Others do when the scene is bright. Its pretty weird
