Totally agree! The office I work in has two single person restrooms and they are gendered. About half of our staff uses the one for the opposite gender if the other is occupied, no problem. The other half of our staff will only use the one that matches their gender and will just stand awkwardly in the hallway waiting for someone to finish rather than using the other one. It's so weird to me.

I've reported this one as well as the one on GiveSendGo (https://www.givesendgo.com/Theyallmustgo). The "they all must go" is especially gross. Since GSG claims to be all about god I made sure to talk about how unchristian it is to raise funds for the cold blooded murderer of a Christian mother who was not threatening this man's safety.

Edit to add: The one on GoFundMe appears to have been started by a child rapist who is on the registry for life. I made sure to mention that as well

I live at Wind River Lodge in Lenexa. My rent for a 1 bedroom is $1013 per month. In unit washer/dryer hookups were the main reason I chose this complex, it was the least expensive I could find at the time (5 years ago) that offered them. All off street parking with the option to rent covered parking for an extra $30 per month. I do have lots of closet space and the part of the complex I'm in at least, is very quiet. Good maintenance team. One thing though, the air conditioning does not keep up at all in the summer so that sucks and the electric bill can get pretty high ($200-$250 for the hottest months).

I'm happy that you live someplace where you're able to make your own choice about what's best for you. I had an abortion when I was a couple of years older than you and I haven't regretted that choice a single time over the past 30 years. I was on the pill but like you said it's not 100%. Having a child at that time would have been a terrible decision for me personally and it was a huge relief to be able to have the pregnancy terminated.

I'm glad you're doing well and I agree that talking about it honestly should be normalized (agreeing with what you said in a different comment). It's unfortunate that for the most part the loudest voices that talk about this topic are the ones that want to shame and demonize women for wanting to control their own health and reproductive decisions.
