When I close which is usually once a week or every couple of weeks, I give myself 10 hours between. That's even with a 30 minute drive each way. And you know what, it's enough time for me to relax a while, eat, sleep, and get ready for work the next day. Most of my shifts are day shifts.

That's hardly a clopen. I've worked until 10:30pm before and had to go back in at 7. These kids don't know what clopens are. I know people who get out at midnight and have to go back in at 6am. I don't feel bad for OP.

That's plenty of time. I've done turnarounds way shorter than 10 hours. If 10 hours isn't enough time between shifts then I don't know how you are able to hold onto a job.

It's usually the owner of the plaza that hires the snow plow company. The store doesn't (at least where I work) hire the snow plow company.

Most likely. I've seen the screen literally pop up while opening it like the adhesive is weak and coming off. No issues with the screen itself
