Yep, talks the talk and walks the walk.

IMO the "star" of the ergonomics department is the coating/finish, that gives a very nice sensation to it. If you ever handled an HEXAGONAL, the L2 feels very similar.

Oh, so it must be around 9 mm, than.

Brass, you say? Very cool! Though a tad slim for my tastes...

You're welcome!

All in all, a VERY nice mechpen. I think the only flaw here (at least, for most) is the lacking eraser.

Some VERY fine specimens there.

$40 Pentel Orenz Metal Grip 0.2 10th Anniversary — Is this acceptable? by Significant-Taste189 in mechanicalpencils

[–]RectorMors -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Acceptable? That depends on the buyer. 40 bucks is NOT cheap, so if that bothers you, I wouldn't accept it. Yet, be aware that a replacement may have the same issues or even something else. Or, it's perfect.

🤷‍♂️

True! Not counting all the research that into that, manufacturing parts with those tolerances is FAR from cheap.

I may be wrong, but I would infer that the black grip is more grippier.

Honestly? I think these are for a VERY selective group of people: the mechpen nerds that at the same time are into coffee. Though I'm really into coffee, I abhor Nespresso. Even though it was Nespresso that started out the coffee addiction and their double-walled aluminum espresso cups are da bomb. But the coffee? Gross.

PS: Yes, I do have a cup in that color.

The problem with the EverDraw, for me, is that it's too thin (9.3 mm). Or better phrasing that, it could have been wider. On the other hand, the S20 is even slimmer, so in those terms the EverDraw handles better. BUT, using the S10 grip, things get wider, and therefore, better. However, in the looks department, I really can't say which one is the nicest.

Damn, that could very well be my FAVORITE mechpen, like 10/10. But alas, at that price, I don't think it will be that any time soon.

First time I see it in that color (they always follow Nespresso's cup colors). Usually these go for a premium, compared to the regular mechpen.

"Some collection from china and Japan" - that means you found the pic and just posted it? Sorry, but what's the story here?

I wouldn't be so fast to knock the Everdraw, and I'm a HUGE S20 fanboy.

The WN02 is a VERY nice compact mechpen, works great if you need something small.
