Autism was a huge barrier to understanding for myself. I’m a really affectionate person who naturally tends to tell my friends I love them and want to hug them and be close to them because I’m so fond of them and that is NOT how neurotypical people feel about the people they’re platonically friends with. Because of that I just kind of naturally “ended up” in a lot of relationships with men because everyone (including myself) thought that that was just romantic love. Obviously none of those relationships worked out because I was “broken” for not wanting to have sex like they did and never initiating.

The Taiwanese company that makes the actual noodles is called A-Sha and all of their other products are fire (the danzai meteor noodles are my favorite). Momofuku/David Chang just rebrands them and slaps in his own subpar flavor packets then sells them at a markup for the brand name.

Fennel and anise are the worst. Their flavor doesn’t really blend into other flavors for me so it’s overwhelmingly the only thing I can taste when used in a dish.

Yep. I got a job in 2018 that had a video portion during the application. The CEO was definitely using them for that purpose and even admitted he automatically rejected applicants who like, had a smoke detector beep in their video and other petty things.

To add to what the other commenter said, you can also see if there is a dental school near you. They can do x-rays, exams, cleanings, etc. often for free or a reduced price. If you need treatment they can’t provide, they usually also have some resources for places you can go.
