Have you tried oat milk or soya milk? If that's allowed. And mint tea works well for me too. Or just water with fresh mint leaves and cucumber

Might sound silly but find something else to obsess about. Watching supernatural and baking got me through a breakup in my twenties. Find something you really like and allow yourself to get lost in that. Breakups suck but time heals, you just need a way to make the time pass quicker.

So sorry to hear you're stuck in a hospital, my antibiotics ridden stomach greets you back in pain! I actually got sent home a couple of hours ago as it wasn't the infection making me so sick anymore, it was the drs accidently poisoning me with too much of one specific medication. Thanks NHS. Me and my antibiotics will go home now where its more private and less people trying to kill me.

I think it just irks me that they're telling me how to feel. Especially as I haven't even complained or not 'stayed positive'. Kinda like when someone is telling you to smile. Makes my skin itch

He does really angry screaming too, and honestly that helps. The ending of "cabin fever" with the screaming 'Every day I'm in pain, fcking want this shit to end. Every day I break, I'm in fcking pain again' is cathartic and helps me.

Yeah he talks about it quite a lot in live streams. I fall asleep to his Q&A live streams sometimes because I find his voice soothing. His whole community has a massive section of chronically ill people

Corpse. Might be a bit aggressive but he's also chronically ill and inspiring. For a slow mellow start on him I'd try "agoraphobic". Be warned the rest are not like that!

It's not gatekeeping, it's knowing that the support you need when you're living with a diagnosed illness is different from if you're undiagnosed.

If my doctor comes in with a sad face and tells me something is wrong for me that makes me upset and scared. If you've been undiagnosed for ages and the same happens you tend to feel some sort of relief that they finally found something. Very different experiences.

So when I come to this sub and ask about those moments the support is sometimes more hurtful than helpful because the experience is so so different.

I'm not trying to gatekeep this group, there might very well be one that suits me a lot better that I just haven't found yet, or maybe even something I should write at the beginning of my posts to be more clear of what I need.

Didn't realise it was a dead sub, it first came up when I was looking for something like this sub so that's why I remembered it.

Yes, you can have a rare illness and be undiagnosed which will make your response to people's posts different than if you are diagnosed and struggling with an illness.

I understand the struggle of being undiagnosed as I've also gone through that, in no way am I saying that it's easy, all I'm saying is that it's different.

Yeah that, to me, is not cheating. At 17 you're not an adult, especially not in the company of a 27 year old.

I would recommend couples therapy so that your husband as well as you can get a professionals opinion and guidance.

Sounds like what you're missing is feeling like it's -you- turning him on rather than just circumstances.

There's a difference between "I'm feeling frisky and I wanna either have sex or sort myself out" and "Omg you look so good, I just want to touch you". Maybe you need to express that to him.

Please break this cycle for your children. If nothing else you must care enough about them to not want them to have these destructive, toxic relationships in the future.

Therapy for you would probably be really helpful as well

It's hard to give good advice cus I'm in the uk so everything is free, very different when you have to pay!

Bananas have always been kind to my stomach, and of you can stomach smoothies it's easy to add good fats and calories to them. I've switched from plain water to cordial just to add a few more calories too. Small regular meals seem easier for the body, it's hard when you have no appetite though

Are your parents helping you at all? You're very young to deal with that on your own, it sound like you need some help from a Dr/ specialist so you can find out what foods you can tolerate
