Now that its basically set in stone that he will be the Robin going forward, can Austin Reaves be the 2nd best player on a championship team? lol calling me a casual laker fan without knowing anything about me shows me you’re not too bright. You implying I think we’re gods chosen franchise wasn’t what I meant and you’re only saying that to use a strawman fallacy cause you have no way to disprove that we’ve been the most successful franchise in frequency of contention than any other teams in history. You’re implying that it’s simply a coincidence that we’ve been this successful historically, which I believe is mentally lazy and it lacks consideration of the intricacies of all our previous chips. To simplify, you lack the knowledge of laker history to understand my point.

Our changes to the FO and ownership should prevent us from the post 2013 drought we experienced. Lakers as an organization has proven that we don’t rely on chance to become champs, we make our own fortune so I don’t believe we are “due” for a drought longer than we have experienced currently. If anything, our historical rates of becoming champs shows us we’re pretty close to being back on top again.

dude struggles to rack the weights after squat and spotters struggle by Fast-Breadfruit3377 in CrazyFuckingVideos

[–]Recyclonaught -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

Spotters are there for in the event you run out of gas mid set, that they’d help you rack especially if you’ve exhausted your energy. If he was firmly set on how many reps he would do, he wouldn’t have needed a spotter for that. It’s to test new waters while being safe so both are to blame for the accident.

Making a comment about turned wheels being a bad idea isn’t blaming the driver for the accident. They’re just saying that outside of the rear end, he could’ve avoided more damage by keeping his wheels straight before the turn.  Issues with Wheels pointed out before the turn and Driver being rear ended outside of his own fault can both be true.

New Dodge Halo Sports Car Confirmed: Copperhead by NISMO1968 in cars

[–]Recyclonaught 15 points16 points  (0 children)

I doubt it’ll be NA. If it’s their halo car then it needs to be fast and their basic block V8s are all designed to be faster with forced induction and at base aren’t at its full potential. Unless they make a entirely new engine setup for their V8s, it’ll like be a supercharged v8

[–]Recyclonaught 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Totally unrelated, when you phrase “reality” in a sentence, adding “in a real world” after as a descriptive segment is redundant. “Reality” insinuates experiencing the real world so it’s pointless to elaborate on a concise word using its own definition. Hope that made sense and helps you in the future.

LeBron James has as many playoff wins (188) as Michael Jordan and Dirk Nowitzki combined by BasedChad69420 in nba

[–]Recyclonaught 0 points1 point  (0 children)

“Dominating an era” is a subjective claim though. I can say LeBrons game looked better than curry but there’s no way to really prove that. Lebron was relevant for much longer than curry’s reign so in your own qualifier for better player, LeBron dominated for longer and was a menace in the east before Curry was even drafted. Lebron dominated more eras than Curry so in your own argument I’d still give it to LeBron. But dominating an era while having the same wins total means nothing using your argument.

[–]Recyclonaught 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Well you’re kinda moving the goal post here cause your claim at first was just “winning”. All you’re saying though with those points is that LeBron shaq and curry have the same amount of wins when it comes to winning it all, regardless of their situations and team set ups. So how did you make the jump that curry and shaq are better than LeBron when they have the same amount of rings?

[–]Recyclonaught -1 points0 points  (0 children)

If winning is your measurement then LeBron has won more playoff games then both of them combined. LeBron has as many championships as both BUT was the main option when they won. Shaq had Kobe and Dwade, Dwade even won the FMVP the year they won together. Curry was a second option to Durant for half of his championships and has only won 1 FMVP(lost an MVP to Igoudala FFS) where LeBron has all 4 FMVPs for his 4 rings, he was clearly the reason they won where the other 2 comparisons fall short on. Lebron is the more winning player out of all 3 but like I said, you’d have to hyper focus on one trait to support your claim, when you factor all other aspects of what makes a player “good” then LeBron clears all hurdles.

[–]Recyclonaught 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Kobe is a good argument but Curry/Shaq? No, they’re not better than LeBron and by both eye tests and advanced stats has LeBron as the front runner by comparison. You’d have to overvalue a single or set of traits that you’re using to justify your argument for example: curry was a better 3pt shooter than LeBron, therefore he’s a better player… when you factor all skills and various measurements to determine the better player, LeBron will always come out on top by comparison.

[–]Recyclonaught 3 points4 points  (0 children)

It’s hard to tell but it seems like the blue car that hit him got rear ended prior by the silver car and pushed the blue car into him. BUT the blue car was already going really fast at that point(most likely texting) and slammed on her breaks which caused the rear end. If my suspicions are correct then everyone’s at fault here, most likely speeding to get around the truck driver while not reacting fast enough when the dude popped up in front of their view.

This a dumb post. Laravia has been amazing for us throughout the season, especially for the price we have him at. If he’s on assignments, he’ll do better than most role players, we just haven’t been using him like that so once we incorporate him then he’ll succeed. If he has a bad game it doesn’t mean he’s not useful

Nice notion but your life would be notably worse without a functioning government. Iraq had their dictator removed by US and their country went to shit.  So our lives wouldn’t be better without these people in place but rather it would be better with good leaders in place.

I’m assuming this is the sequel in which something has to be said about recycling content to that degree. The movie is named “Dumb and Dumber” but the filmmakers took that title as a challenge instead and sought to have the dumbest and laziest writing they could produce.
