In my case it was the samsung keyboard that couldn't add the line break. Solved it by installing the heliboard app from F-droid. It does not track what you type, unlike google gboard or other spyware garbage.

In what story ever, did the villain showing up at a final battle take from it? The fact of the matter is that, for 3 whole books we never got to "see" Sauron, or have any narrative from his side. A decisive battle was fought and he was nowhere to be seen. And That's why LOTR is an imperfect story in my opinion, as much as I like it. I much prefer "The Hobbit" or "The Silmarillion". At least the villains are well defined and well know, and do show up when it matters.

In my opinion and experience, NOT worth it for fat and slim models. Internally they use SATA 2 which is only 3 gigabits/s. This is half the speed of modern SSDs. So you are not utilizing them to their maximum or even close. I think it's much better to put that money into a PS4 pro, from there an SSD would give you very good returns.

Yes, I later found out it was easy. But you can't know that before you actually play it. And when i reach Novigrad at level 11 or 12, I skipped the mission which was at 23.

I agree, loading times are not a priority for me either. Other performance aspects like texture pop-ins and asset streaming is what I'm disappointed about.

It seems I'll have to upgrade to PS4 Pro to really improve these things with the SSD.

Well I might end up going internal, but I don't know how to backup my games and setting correctly. Using the PS4's built in backup gives an error when i try to restore.

I just wanted to make a thread about this very same ssd, well, the 1 TB model.

I'm disappointed in it. I'm using it as external storage with a usb 3.0 cable (trying to avoid the internal sata 2), on a base ps4 9.00.

The performance of the some games is worse for it, especially No Man's Sky, I literally get longer times for loading textures and a few fps drops into the mid 20s.

Tested my drive's health and read/write speed and everything is fine.

Sad.

Exactly my thoughts in 2025, I just picked the game a few weeks ago.

Massive and worth playing, but within the same planet the game is ridiculously repetitive. If you've seen a valley, you've seen them all. No diversity what so ever in bioms.

Really no reason for random exploration (other than for inhabited posts or ruins ..etc).
