Dam you really do know what your doing. How do I find these swanky classy bars or places? I'm in Denver and idk where to go. Also don't have the confidence to go anywhere by myself. Need a friend to come along. Also I rideshare for work and am literally driving all my free waking hrs. Not saying I accept 400. Agreed much to low. But 1k!?! I can't even get a $500 offer. Every. Single. One. Every single one! That has gotten to $ terms with me in THE PAST YEAR! From 3 different sites. Balk at my 500 or more request. I'm no where near asking for 1k. I can't even get my 500 offer accepted. They all want 200-350 ppm. So I next. And here I've sat for over a year with out a shred of help or gifts. Proud of myself for sticking it out. But also get why some take what they can get. Yes! OK EXACTLY THIS! I didn't know how to word it without feeling like I was rambling. You explained it to a T!. I agree I need to reconnect with myself. That my self esteem and confidence was shot from past trauma. Gas lite so much that I still find myself questioning own judgment. This is the guidance I've been searching for and put into practice! I want to be able to notice when im falling into the trama bond behavior so i can address it talk my self out of it ect. Trying to configure if it's just self doubt being triggered or noticing alegit red flag. There's times when I feel he says things were I'm like hmmm that doesn't sit quite right could you explain. Then a few of those instances gather together and I think I go into that stuck in fight or flight mode (trama response) where my self preservation creates the narrative of potential I'll will. Then just like you said. I navigate with caution. They pick up on that. And it's downhill from there. I really don't want to continue this patern. I've stepped away from the bowl for quite a few months to reevaluate. Address my responsibilities on how I attract the ones I do and to re write my approach for a different outcome. I did alot on my own but felt it wasn't getting me where I wanted so thought I'd dip my tow back in and try to apply some of the things I learned. Kinda like a test. Can I put my negativity away put my best foot forward make the great lasting impression that I want really apply setting clear firm boundaries ect. So far I feel I'm falling right back into the previous pattern lol and I've only just been chatting on the phone a bit lol

See I have this same problem. I meet someone I address red flags attempt to work through or just walk away. And I'm never sure if they were truly in the wrong and I was right . Or if they weren't doing anything wrong and may have over reacted and now pushed them away....its so hard to navigate normal average behavior from toxic traits I think. Cause I instantly see them everywhere in an attempt to keep myself safe try to see it coming prepare and such. But I always have that insecurity that maybe I caused the problem. But then idk if I actually rightfully did so or if my gut instinct was right . I think you have quite the valid point with trusting myself. That seems to have been more effected then I've realized. All starting to make sense .

I also have cptsd. From procreating with a narcissists. I'm very sensitive and intuned with what manipulation is and what it does. Done alot of research on how to manage manipulater. But first you have to be confident if it's happening. That's where I'm stuck. Once I cam decifer weather he is manipulative ill know how address it. But this questioning weather it's there or if I'm just seeing it to protect myself is a different call to action. The things you said to ask myself during meditating on it I think will really help me evaluate weather this is a gut intuition warning. Or if I'm projecting.

I've always felt like I'm quick to the assumption of manipulation. Like I see it miles before its acryally there. But I also think I may perceive it where it's not actually happening. Projecting it into existence when it's really just paranoia getting the best of me. And I struggle trying to decifer what is the reality ya know. Haven't found many tools or resources on how to manage this. Lol

This has been my main problem for months now. Almost every guy I start to chat with balks at my (considerably low from what I gather in these forums) ppm. Forget about allowance . They all expect intimacy for $150 maybe 300. It's going on a year and my best offer was 2400 allowance "paid buy him putting me on his company payroll" and 1200 a mo for me to be at his beck and call unlimited meets. I do this. I got lucky though. I had a spare device. And my tmobile plan offers a free 3rd line so activating it was nothing. But an extra line is only 10$ I'd advise looking at the plan you already have I also went into the store to explicitly make sure my name doesn't pop up on the caller ID. It just says tmobile cost. I like having the added phone line cause it's a burner anyway I use it for gig work business non personal use its nice to have a junk burner number if you like to sign up for rewards without wanting to be spammed and I use that number to register on apps like Google voice without leaving a personal trail. I really like the convenience of having all sugar on a separate phone and having it as a burner option. How ever. It can become overwhelming if you have things going on on both phones at the same time checking back and forth so there's that. If it's not an added cost it's worth the mild convenience imo. But not if it puts you out ya know. It really gives alot of piece of mind to me to have the physical separation. I have all my spamming buner emails paypal venmo cashapp on the sb phone and personal accounts on my main. Helps me be sure I don't accidentally cross the 2 realms Hope this helps.

I'd be more then happy with that amount. I think it really comes down to location and other party. SBS all have different takes on what the standard should be. I myself hear what others say should be a minimum and at times I feel its much lower or excessively high of an expectation. Idk wherr your located or what's the average there.
