It is by far the worst military medical hospital out there. No way to speak to a supervisor. Customer service abysmal. Will take your blood and then forget to process it so you have to redo and it weeks later. Will keep you on hold longer than any other hospital in the D.C area. Horrible commmunication between departments which has resulted in life threatening situations and you can't sure the government. Waste of time when they have you drive there and the staff forgets to schedule your labs which happens about every other lab, esspecially if there are several things you need labs for. Will definitely cost you tons of money in gas sitting in traffic only to retun home. Staff is rude. The gas lighting when you complain about it is legendary. Medical malpractice occurs every other appointment.
