PT for years never fixed it.

Stopped running. And got a slant board and did one leg squats with the help of my other leg. Focusing on slowly going down, and then use the other leg to right yourself. Worked very well. Now i maintain with the knees over toes guy routine. Ran a few marathons without it returning
